Who we are
Challenger Coach is a personal League of Legends coaching site run by Manuel Scala ("Pancake"). Creating an account or buying on the site means you accept these terms.
The service
We sell two things: coaching hours (live sessions, coordinated over Discord) and guides (downloadable image/video content). Buying hours grants you a credit to book against — buying and booking are two separate steps: you can spend your hours across several sessions, on different dates, within the coach's published availability.
Bookings and cancellations
- You can book a session by picking an available date and time, and cancel it yourself up to 24 hours before it starts — the hour goes back to your available balance. - Past that 24-hour window, a session can no longer be cancelled on your own. - The coach can cancel or reschedule a session at any time, letting you know over Discord.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Mercado Pago (and, once available, PayPal or Binance Pay). An hour already booked and delivered isn't refundable. An unused hour credit can be refunded if you message us on Discord within 14 days of the purchase.
What to expect from a session
Coaching is decision- and replay-focused analysis, meant to teach you to think about the game — not a guarantee you'll climb rank. Results depend on your own play and effort.
Guides
Guides are for your own personal use. Redistributing, reselling, or republishing them elsewhere isn't allowed without permission.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping access to the Google or Discord account you sign in with. We can suspend an account used in bad faith (for example, repeatedly booking sessions with no intention of showing up).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site grows. Meaningful changes will be reflected here, with the last-updated date above.
