Who I am.
Hi, I'm Manuel Scala — better known as Pancake. I'm 25, I'm from Argentina, and I've been playing League of Legends since Season 2. It started out as just fun, but over time it became something much bigger: I hit Challenger in Season 4, and I never stopped looking for ways to get better since. I've competed professionally since 2017 — playing at the region's top level for years, competing in major tournaments, and facing some of the best players in the world, including Worlds champions. Along the way I picked up multiple Rank 1 finishes — in LAS, LAN, BR, and NA — plus several titles, including LLA and LVP championships. Today I'm still Rank 1 in LAS with 2,850 LP, streaming my own SoloQ. But after all these years playing, my goal with coaching is simple: I don't just want you to know what to do, I want you to understand why. To make better decisions on your own, so what we learn together still holds up even when a game doesn't go your way. Outside of League I'm into co-op games, anime, football, music, and board games. At the end of the day, everyone starts out knowing nothing — I had to learn it by playing thousands of games. Now I want to help you learn it a lot faster.

My first professional title, after years playing amateur — the first time the daily grind in solo/duo queue actually translated to a real competitive map.

A year of consolidation: I started taking on more responsibility for the team's macro calls, not just my own jungle path.

We closed the year with the tightest team I'd had up to that point — and a read on objectives that's still the foundation of how I teach priority today.

A full year competing at the highest local level — the kind of consistency you only get from reviewing every game, won or lost, with the same standard.
